Roaring Springs 2014...

Yesterday we spent the day at Roaring Springs.

Paisley and Blake hit up all the big rides - I don't know who had more fun.

Cosette, Fielding, Perry, and I hung out at the kiddie slides, the lazy river, and the wave pool. Fielding LOVED the kiddie tube slide and would have been content to spend the entire day just doing that. Cosette liked the wave pool the most which surprised me since she isn't willing to go on any of the bigger slides and the pool is a little unpredictable. And Perry was in his own little heaven because Mom basically carried him the entire time.

We did convince Cosette to go on the one ride Fielding was tall enough for so they took a couple of trips down the mat slide. (See that finger in that nose - he is doing that ALL THE TIME and it drives me crazy.)

The line was a bit of a wait so Perry and I found some shade and he crashed out in my arms - this poor 4th child just can't catch a decent nap.

It was the perfect way to spend a hot, hot day in July! And since Blake took a half day off yesterday and then had today off for the fourth - it feels like the world's longest weekend and we still have 2 more days of it - HOO RAH!
